How joining is planned to work

Membership enrolment is not yet open. When plans become available, a paid joining inspection will be required; its fee will be confirmed before you agree. Existing faults will be quoted separately.

MobilityCare is planned maintenance rather than free repair cover, insurance or roadside recovery. Parts and repair labour are charged separately. Collection, call-out and loan-equipment benefits depend on local coverage, suitability and availability.

A more personal service

You should feel listened to, not sold to.

JRS Mobility is built around a simple idea: look after people fairly and look after the equipment they depend on.

We listen first

Explain the problem in your own words. We will ask questions and take it from there.

Plain-English choices

We talk through what we found, what can be done and what it is likely to cost.

Repair with care

We focus on what the equipment actually needs and avoid unnecessary parts replacement.

Frequently asked questions

A few things people usually want to know.

Are repairs and parts included in MobilityCare?

No. Repair labour and replacement parts are charged separately at the applicable member rate. MobilityCare is designed around planned servicing, checks and the stated plan benefits.

Why is a joining inspection needed?

The paid inspection confirms eligibility, records the equipment's starting condition and identifies any existing faults. Existing work is quoted separately before membership begins.

Is MobilityCare insurance?

No. It is a maintenance membership and does not provide roadside recovery, taxi costs, accident cover or an insurance payout.

Which plans include collection and return?

The planned Plus benefit is one local collection and return per year, and the planned Priority benefit is two. The proposed included local area is within 10 one-way driving miles of Loughborough. Enrolment is not open; final terms, equipment suitability, capacity and any extra-distance charges must be confirmed first.

Does Priority include a free emergency call-out?

No. Priority gives preferential access to call-out appointments; it is not roadside recovery and repair work is still chargeable at the applicable member rate.
