Regular checks to spot wear early and help keep essential equipment dependable.
Standard repair labour is £60 per hour, with a £30 workshop minimum covering the first 30 minutes. A Tier 1 diagnostic visit is £65, including travel within the local band and the first 30 minutes of diagnosis. Additional labour is charged in 15-minute blocks.
MobilityCare members pay £57/hour (Essential), £54/hour (Plus) or £51/hour (Priority) for repair labour. Member savings do not apply to parts, diagnostic visits, collection or extra travel. We explain any likely costs and seek your agreement before work proceeds.

A more personal service
JRS Mobility is built around a simple idea: look after people fairly and look after the equipment they depend on.
Explain the problem in your own words. We will ask questions and take it from there.
We talk through what we found, what can be done and what it is likely to cost.
We focus on what the equipment actually needs and avoid unnecessary parts replacement.
